IS   LIFE FAIR ?

Often life is fair

But the opposite

We do say and see

Often life is fair

But the opposite we do say and sing

Again and always life plays out

Already fashioned and designed

Saved, documented and filed

Yet each day seems new and fresh

Sometimes we are taken unawares

By the circumstances of life

Then we claim insufficient knowledge

About this life

We fail and blame life

We succeed and thank our stars

When will life be fair?

When we get all that we desire?

Or when others suffer on our behalf?

Life is fair when we realise

That those ups  and downs

Make us complete and even better persons.
