The  publishers felt  let  down  by the mistake  made  through  Endole reporting,  in the  last eight months  regarding the  company,which  brought them so much  losses.According  to  the  director  Mrs  Nwakanma, she  has  worked  so hard  with  her  patient writers , since  the  inception  of the  company  to  give  their reading  audience ,some of  the  best  books  and magazine  issues that people are reading  around the  world.According to her,Graceland Books being mentioned  as one  of the biggest  publishers with registered address  in the  area , made them to  know that  they are loved  and  appreciated  and  she  promised   their readers  that  she  will  give them  more  good  books.She  told  grapevine that the many  awards  given  to them  show    that  their decision to  work at becoming  excellent is the  best  option  for them despite  the  constant  distractions  and that the  best  books are  yet to be rolled  out to those  who  love  good  books .She told their  readers  that the  best  is  yet to come ,as  they  are  trying  their  best  to get  very  good  writers  from around the  world  to  give them  good  contents that people  will  love.And  she thanked the  writers  for  giving  so  much to the world  by making  out time to  write  to inspire many.The director told  grapevine that  they  took  a little  break to  publish more  of  the magazine, as  they are  reviewing  the  types of books that  will  suit their  reading  audience. We  are  delighted  that  Endole  has  agreed    to  remove  the  false story  they  circulated   about  us on their  webpage  that  we have  3CCJ's  and  even though  we lost    lots of money  and customers as a result of  their  actions. We  are  thanking them  for  accepting  that  it  was  wrong and    not  true  nor  good    and    that was a   costly  mistake.  We are  moving  on  to  continue  encouraging  our  dear readers  and  get  on with  our  writings  as Endole  has  done the  right  thing.Endole has  asked us  to come  and  do  business  with them.That was a huge distraction for  us , but  as  writers it was a time of  deep  thinking  as  to  how  other people  might react  to  such  incidents in their  lives.Not everyone  will  react positively  as some  do  end it up  because  of  false  allegations.That is the reason why  ,we are writing  Graceful  for  our readers,because  we care  for  you.When you  experience  these  types of distraction that happened  to us  with  Endole,just sit  down,take  a  breathe, pray  and  contact  the people  concerned  and resolve the matter  quietly and  amicably.In  many  instances  your name  might  be badly damaged  , keep calm and do  not lose hope.Move  on and  continue  with  your life quietly. It's  a  shame  that  someone  can  come  and put  CCJ's  that does  not  exist  on people's  businesses from their own websites,  just to  get them into  trouble  and then  force  the  owners out and  stop them from being  directors  of their  own family businesses  for  life, even  the  teenagers that  are   just starting life, without  thinking  about the  consequences  of their actions  on  the  young  people  and their   mental  health, which is pure wickedness,  a  huge  evil  and  a  scandal. But  sorry  is not  enough  when you are  ruining  people  by false circulations. According  to   the Endole Team ,what they wrote  on their  website  about us   is false and  an error.  They  told us  that  they  are "sorry"  for  ruining  our names  , as they  were  referring  to  another  company not us, but they  have  already   caused  us serious damages from their  eight  months  of false   representations  which  we  did not  send them  our information  to  circulate, with so many  financial, health  and reputational  damages, as they  told the world  that we have  3CCJ's and  had no one  working in any capacities .And they  are  total  strangers  ,that we  have never  spoken to  or  done any businesses  with.Our  company  names and our names  are  copyrighted  and  they are  in breach  of the copyright  laws ,by making statements  about  us without  our permissions. I  worked  so  hard  over  years,denying  myself of  all comforts  to  maintain  the standards  we have been  working  with, and that  is the reason  why  the  people  who  saw how  I  was  working  ,came to help  me by giving us  so many  awards  for  excellence.Since  January  we  have lost  so many  of  our  customers  and I  didnot  know  that  Endole  was  circulating a wrong  information  about  us , while  I  was  working  and  wondering what is happening.Unfortunately  the  newer  director , who is  quite  young  has been affected  as they have been circulating  that wrong information  with  his  name  and he  is  part  of the group  being  called  "NEETS"  for  not  trying.How  do people  try,when  every effort  they make  is  either  wasted  or  they  are  brought  to  places  of  judgement  by falsehood. The  younger ones are  being  called  NEETS ,but  no-one  can  understand  the reasons why  those  of them that  chose  to  try,  will  see  people  running  to  stop  them.Many  of  them  who watched  their parents  working hard  and saw what  was done to them,  prefer    just  to stay  away in order  to  stay  safe , instead  of getting  harmed  by people  who are  so  drunk with  the  idea of   stopping   stranger's  successes through  defamations or collect  their  things  by any  means available .  They  can  allude things  that  never happened  , be circulating  about others  and be harassing them .When you ask them  they  will tell  you that  it  was  a mistake , but  they  have  caused you  so  much financial  losses  sometimes  running  in millions with irreversible  reputational   and  health damages.How  many  people have  seen  that  information  Endole  was circulating  about  us? . It is  horrible  ,as many have  been hurt  ,while they  carry  the bruises , pains and  psychological  impacts    of  such  lies and experiences ,  going  about  their daily   lives in tatters  with millions wasted  and hard work ruined  .The  craze  to  confiscate what the  parents has  kept for the  Gen  Z  young men and women is  too much  that   people  are  running  into people's  homes as early  as   7.00a.m  to inspect their  homes by force , without  prior  notices, bringing video  cameras  with them  to take movies   ,making  the  youngsters afraid to  even come out.They saw their  parents  being hounded to  give up their  inheritances for the highest  bidders  and  everyone is  exhausted. Writers  are offered  thousands  by  people  that  want to  buy  whole  manuscripts, hence  the  craze  to  pursue  writers   and collect  manuscripts  at all  costs from  writers. Some  of the writers  are moving about  poor ,    with  no friends and  spouses ,after  many years  of  writing and hounding by total  strangers trying to  collect  manuscripts  at  all costs  and  sell  out, with  their  reputations and lives in  danger, damaged  by strangers, who  are   spreading  hurricanes  of lies about others with  some on the verge  of  ending it all, while  other writers  keep  encouraging  them  to  move  on and get on with  life. While their  kids  who  saw  what happened  to their  parents   and families  decide  to  just  stay  away,  because of fear  and disappointment,while  people  wonder the  reasons  why they  are out of  work  and education (NEETS). How  do they  try,when  they  know  that their  efforts  will  be  ruined  by  strangers, by just adding  any  negative information  about others  on  their own websites and everywhere with  no permissions  to  use  copyrighted  materials, circulating them to  ruin them  and collect  what their  parents  have done  from them by  force  and  by  false  confistications. People  cannot rest in their  homes  from the  pursuit, while the  youngsters  are panicking  and   hiding , hence  many  of  them  are not turning up for  work to  stay safe  and people  are  wondering  what  is  happening with them.It is  the reason why  some  cry  on their beds  and  ask - why  me? ,when they remember  all the  damages  and the  wastages caused  by strangers  who  sit  in their  offices , search up  people who  are  making  efforts  to  do  something  worthwhile and be damaging them.They  will  write  wrong things about  strangers, because  someone  paid them to  do so,because  they need to  ruin you  and  collect  your  books and book  catalogues  by  force  from you.It is  a  crisis  especially  for  the  writers, because  many  people are  not  built to  cope  with  the hounding, embarrassments   and the  attacks and they  opt  to move  away  or find  other  jobs to  do,  just  to  put food  on their  tables ,pay their  bills  and stay  safe, despite  their enormous   education  and skills .I have  had this type  of  experiences  so many times, that is the  reason why  I  started  writing  Graceful ,to  comfort and  encourage   others,  as I know that  not many  people  are  built to  cope  with such  enormous  financial  losses  and reputational  damages,  caused  by people  doing things  like this to others. They can always  say  sorry  ,when it is  too late for their  victims. And many people have lost  their  marriages and  friends  because of  such malicious  falsehoods. Many  innocent people  have been hounded  about  and  denied  of their  rights to be humans and be  in their marriages  because of such  falsehoods  and they  wonder  about  what happens  to others,  who cannot cope  with the  enormous losses  caused  by  such  carelessness  and witch hunting  just  to  collect books  from others. Endole  told  us  after  eight  months , that  the write  up was about another  company not  us  and  that they mistakenly went to  google to  circulate  us   negatively for  no  reasons  causing us enormous  financial  and reputational  damages , while  we  are  grabbling  to  find  food  to  eat  and pay  our rents.  Graceful  is asking people  that  are  going  through  losses  because of  such  events,   not  to lose  hope  and  to hold  their hearts  and themselves together,look up  and never  give up!!!. Chinyere  Nwakanma  speaks  to  grapevine  about  the  issue  of  falsehood  and  malice  being  circulated  about  people  to  undermine their  hard work  as  something  that is  not  good  for our  world  as  she looks back  to  the recent  happenings around other writers.According to  the  director  of  Graceland Books  and Allied, there  has been  a false  report  that  we   have  CCJs with no directors working  in any  capacity on Endole , which is a  very malicious false report  and is not true and have  no bearing  as  Endole  broke  copyright  laws  by  mentioning us  and copying  our information without our  concent.We  have  not  owed  anybody  as we run our  businesses  solely by making  down payments on  every  purchases  and do  not take  goods  on credit  from people.Our  company  is  not  owing  anybody  as we run our businesses  solely  on cash and most of our businesses  are  done online.She told Grapevine  that  Endole  didnot contact  us at  anytime  regarding  adding  our company  to their  website  or  links and there  was no  contract  or  agreements of  any form for  us to be  featured on Endole    and that  our  representatives  have  asked  Endole to  remove  the  wrong details  , that they  are   spreading  about us  as  the  information is not  only damaging but  in  breach of their  policies and are  still  waiting  for  them to act ,since  they  have  no  contract  signed  or  written agreeements  made to put up  our  details on their  websites.Our  company  have  not  borrowed  any  money from  any banks  or taken loans from anybody  to  run our  outfits   since  we started  and all  our transactions  are  paid  for  purely  upfront and  not on credit.Telling  people on Endole that  we  have directors  that  does not  work  in any capacity  is  falsehood  and  was done out of   pure  malice and intent  to collect our books  from us  by  force.This  report  has been made  by  people  who have been fighting to collect our  book  catalogues,books and magazines  from us  by  force for  a very long time ,who reap  out  of other people's  sweat  and  hard work  , by  opening companies with  similar  names  of existing  companies and not  working  at all on  the  outfits they opened , while  sitting bye  monitoring  hardworking people  toiling and growing  their  books and magazine catalogues  and they  will come back  to peddle   lies   to  be able  to  take  assets that  does not belong  to them from their  owners when they have  grown  their  assets , by  citing  things  that  did not happen or exist to ruin  them ,which is not good  for  businesses.She  told her readers that  she  cannot be harassed  or intimidated  into  giving her  books  to people, who  did not stay  awake  at midnight  to  write  books  through defamation  or false claims  of  CCJs  that  did not happen or  exist anywhere .She  told grapevine that she  was not at any court  in January 2026    and  that we have  done  businesses with transparency, integrity and through  hard work, writing  and toiling  through sleepless nights  and working mainly  online, to  avoid  owing  debts  which   has been  our  business model , in order  to  remain  transparent  without being falsely  accused.She told  Grapevine that  she  has never  been to court  for  owing  any business debts  and that  there are  so many people  circulating falsehood  and intimidating people  to give them their  books  and  other  things by falsehood , which  is  a shame and ethically  wrong. One  of the  wonders  of  creation  is  the  Lunar  eclipse  which  appears  in the  sky  with  many  running about to  get  back  home before  everywhere  turns  dark.There has  been  several  images  around  the  world  especially  from  EUROPE  , with  people  reacting  in so many  ways  to  the spectacle   and a  wonder of  creation .According  to reports  from  Spain,the authorities  were expecting six million visitors in the mostly rural areas, with the eclipse's path taking it across northern Spain and the Balearic Islands,  as Juan Cruz, Spain's science secretary told  the  journalists.It was a moment  of  excitement  for  scientists   and nature  enthusiasts , who  wore  dark  glasses around  the  United Kingdom  to  avoid  the  impact  of  the  rays of the Sun as advised by the  scientists.According  to reports ,millions of people gathered in Spain to view Western Europe's first total solar eclipse in so many  years.Many  families  were  out  to  view  the  wonder of  nature  with  many  sharing   glimpses  of the  eclipse  from  around  the world and  United  Kingdom on  social  media.According  to  the  Physicists  I  spoke to , who  were  excited  about  the  lunar  occurrence, every  watcher  needs  a  specialist  sun glasses  to  protect  their  retina  from the  impact  of the natural  Sun rays,  which  brought  arguments  among  listeners regarding  the impact  of  the  rays of  the  lunar  eclipse to the human eyes.Many people  listening  argued at the suggestion that  watching a  simple  eclipse  can  turn people  blind  of  which  the    scientists told the   older  people  that  their  eyes  are so  bad  because of  the impact  of  not  protecting themselves  previously  while watching the   solar  occurrences  leading to  their  eye  deteriorations , while  everyone  who  gathered to  speak  about  the event  roared  in  laughter.

How do  people   watch  the  Eclipse  safely?

Looking directly at the Sun can severely damage your eyes - even during an eclipse.People can use special eclipse glasses to look at the eclipse. It is not safe to just view it through sunglasses, or binoculars or a telescope.If  one do not have a pair of eclipse glasses ,you will need to follow the eclipse indirectly using a pinhole  projector.You can make a simple one with a single sheet of card or something more ambitious using a cardboard box - or you can use a colander to project multiple images all at once.

The  lunar eclipse, also called a blood moon, is an astronomical event that occurs when the Moon orbits through the  Earth's shadow.‍‍ Lunar eclipses occur during eclipse season, when the Moon's orbital plane is approximately in line with the Earth and the Sun and it is  a  natural  event.

People  living  in  United  Kingdom  have been told  by  the  Met  office to buy food  and reserve  food  in the  next  forty  eight  hours because  the weather  will  be adverse with  snow  and  ice  across some parts  of Scotland. This  is  expected  to happen  by 6am  on January 1 11.59pm   till  the next  day  January  2^nd  2026.The  areas  mostly expected  to be impacted are  Tayside and Fife, Grampian, Highlands, Oakney  and  Shetland, Strathcylde  and  Central. People are asked to  amend their  travel plans  should there be  road  closures  and to  check  their planned  routes  for  delays  to avoid  driving  in dangerous  conditions, because  of health  and safety reasons.

Psychologists know that adverse  weather significantly has negative  effects  on  people's physical and mental health, causing injuries,  heart and respiratory problems  during very  cold weather   increasing the risks of anxiety and depression. Cambridge University is  considering  Scrapping  Veterinary medicine by  2032

Cambridge university  is  considering scrapping  veterinary medicine.The final group of students  would graduate in 2032, as the university said that it has found no viable long-term solution  for  the sustainable delivery of clinical services.This  was  recommended  after the university’s general council asked the school council to consider various options for the sustainable delivery of clinical services .Considering the  large  sums  spent in running  the course, all options were seriously looked into and weighed up carefully against the school’s strategic vision and plan, their implications for teaching and research, financial impact, and achievable implementation, either within the university or through external partnerships  and  after  so  much  considerations, it was found  that there are no viable long-term solutions.According to them ,they  understand that it is a difficult time for colleagues and students in the veterinary school  ,but  they are putting in place support structures for both staff and students who may be affected.It  is really  worrying  considering that  Cambridge  is  known for the delivery of  excellent  scholar services  in every  department,but   the closure  of the  Veterinary medicine courses is  a worrying situation,considering that some universities  are  closing their  literature  departments.  The  decision  will   affect future  aspiring Veterinary doctors  ,who are  just around twelve  years  now and have been looking forward  to become  Cambridge  Vets.But looking at the kids and there  leanings  towards  other  courses and  making  money  by  just  looking at  gaming apps,Universities  closing  courses  might  not be  surprising  as Gen  alpha seems to  see life different and working hard  for  standards  with  so much spent,to have just  a handful  of scholars  for a  course  might not be viable.For many Gen alpha  youngsters, taking  hard courses   like  Veterinary  medicine  ,dentistry  or even medicine might  not be  a decision  for them  making   funding  such  courses  with  such  high  standards  but just few students  not good investments  for  the Universities involved  .It will never  be possible    for the standards set for the  care  of animals  to be lowered or left  to  animal  owners,even if researches  by  Universities  like Cambridge  in Veterinary  medicine are dropped. One could  only think  about this  closure  as   being because of  few  interests  in this area of study but  according to Grapevine  the accreditation  standards have to be met by  Cambridge .In  2024 , the RCVS made  55 recomendations  of improvements that were   needed  to be made  for the course to meet its accreditation standards, and in November it granted the vet school programme conditional accreditation  for a further year with 20 still outstanding.Meaning that  as things  stand  ,the  esteemed  institution might not be able to meet  with  the standards for this  accreditation  hence the decision  to  close the  department down.The  University  has worked so hard  to keep to standards  and the  news  is not great for  staff and  students within the department and other  stakeholders  .

British  Hungarian  writer David Szalay wins 2025 Booker prize for his book ‘dark’ Flesh

The  Booker prize   has just been announced  and has been won  by  David  Slazay.He  was   previously  shortlisted  for the  award  in 2016 , but the  latest  novel he  wrote  gave him the  award  in  2025 ,almost  ten years  latter   and he never  gave  up until  he got  the  fiction  prize.Many writers  will  be thinking  about  how  good  his  works  might  have been  and what  a feat he actually  achieved  by writing  that  book which  might have  taken him  so many years.

According  to many  sources , it  was   several judges that  made the  decision    to hand Szalay the award ,which  gave  him  50,000pounds instantly.The  panel  this year  consists  of  actor Sarah Jessica Parker, along with the writers Chris Power, Ayọ̀bámi Adébáyọ̀ ,Riley Reid  and Doyle.Born in Montreal to a Hungarian father and Canadian mother, Szalay grew up in London. He has lived in Lebanon and the UK, and now lives in Vienna. After graduating from Oxford, he worked as a financial advertising sales executive, which became the inspiration for his work. He is also the author of the novels Spring and The Innocent, as well as a short story collection Turbulence.Writing  books of  volumes  capable of  winning  a fiction prize  like  Booker  is not an ordinary  achievement.According to the writer  we live in a  short attention span  time  and the award  winning  novel  was  “conceived in the shadow of failure” – in autumn 2020 when he abandoned a novel he had been working on for nearly four years that he felt wasn’t working.

One  of the  issues  that has  troubled the world is  the  global drought problem,which  has persisted  in desert countries in the middle East ,Africa and North Africa .This is  one of those  issues  that  even as a child,I listened to discussions about how the world  is working  so  hard  to  get the drought problem  solved, with so  many conferences  and studies  on the  earth  defying topic of water shortages,desert encroachment  and water pollution.  Looking back as an adult,I  wonder  sometimes  the  reasons  why  after many   years of  so much academic  conferences,dialogues  in UNESCO  and UN  ,the issue  of water  pollution,drought  and lack of clean  water  remains a major  problem  in the cities of the world.One of the things  that help people  to  maintain  a healthy lifestyle  in the United  Kingdom is the availability of  clean water throughout  the  seasons.I  still get surprised  that  the old images of little hungry kids  with  no  water to drink  are  still being circulated by concerned  charities,who feel bad  about the fact that   for  a  world , where water  falls  from the sky for everyone,that  we   are still watching   some of the world  poorest lacking something that is free  for  all .There  will  be  a gathering of academics and  stakeholders  on world  water  issues  in  London in December 2025 to discuss  what has been done and  what should be done,about the global  water challenges,  but   this  simply  reminded me of  our great  grandma  clay-pots  and the images  of the  16th century men in search of drinking water  walking on donkeys in the desert  countries  of the  world.Details of the upcoming conference  are below

Future warming will modify patterns of river flow and groundwater recharge, affecting the availability of water for human use, while also changing the aquatic environment".The  effects  of  water  pollution do not end  with deficit  water  supply  but its  effect on the health of  the  aquatic  inhabitants  like fishes,water ferns and  frogs ,with the  vast  majority  of plants,sea foods and animals  that  live inside the ocean  floor beds,some of  which  are  major  sources  of  protein for humans hence  the problem  of  water pollution,  is  a major concern for  stakeholders and water scientists.Dry  river beds  across  the  globe  especially  countries  close to the deserts  are  sources  of  concern to  stakeholders.Water managers in different countries  are daily  burdened  by  the  need to make sure that households  get  lots of water to cook,clean, wash up  and drink.U.K researchers  in UKRI  quote  that significant  progress has been made in this area  and this  is something  heartwarming. In  villages in  the third  world such as Africa, water  purification  is done by  putting  small   amounts  of  table salt inside  buckets  of  water  and  leaving the  dregs to  settle.They  separate  the  top clean water  from the  dirty dregs  below.The water  will then be boiled  and placed  into  containers  for  drinking.But  Nanotechnology  in advanced  water  purification  process means  that  we can have  clean  water to drink  from the  running  taps. Nanotechnology can be defined as the science and engineering involved in the design, synthesis, characterization, and application of materials and devices whose smallest functional organization, in at least one dimension, is on the nanometer scale or one billionth of a meter.But the  bottled water  companies  are  providing  sparkly  clean  water  for  everyone. Which  is  quite  a huge number  of people  ,who  are susceptible everyday to catching water -borne  diseases  like  cholera.  So scientists are developing new methods of obtaining water and purifying it, using various chemical and physical processes. Here are five of the most  viable water purification technologies.Some of them are being used since early times  especially the salt purification methods.

Why the girl-child  education is vital to world development

Despite  many  initiatives  by the  United  Nations and  concerned  groups to  move motions  that  will ginger  up  countries to  make the education of  girls  a  priority or compulsory especially  in  poorer countries , in the continents of  Africa  and Asia , where  women  are  amongst the most  marginalised  groups."Do  not do this  and that , are  always the words  for girls  and  women",made mostly vulnerable by poverty . And  that is how the world has always  been,but I do not think many women  worry about anything, other than  the poverty  that reaches  to the points of  affecting  children  to the points that many kids  are left unfed  around the world.My  beliefs  do not support  female insubordinations, but  I've met so many  who  think that  educating  girls will  turn them into stubborn  women,which  I find ridiculous,because  most  women know that  what makes  women stubborn , is  when they are marginalised , of which  my readers  know that  I am not with the bandwagon of rioting ladies  and out of sort girls.But  having seen  President  Barack Obama's  wife,  Michelle  Obama's new initiatives  for  girls ,I   think  it is  something  great to talk about  as  those initiatives  do change the lives of the very poor  girls across the globe .There is  an  adage that says that when you educate  a girl  that you end up  educating  a country , which is true. I've  spoken to some  grandmas  who gave me  tales  of how they managed to put their children through schools  and they  are the unsung heroes of the world, who  wore  two pairs  of  shoes  for  a whole  year,  while paying  for University  fees  for  their  girls,when they were told that their  daughters  could  get  early  marriages,  instead of going to colleges.Some of the women were thrown out of matrimony for sending their  girls  to schools.Today most of those girls are the professors,managers,doctors,the teachers,the engineers,members of parliaments,the architects,the lawyers  and others  doing great things across the  world.They still remain the mums  cooking and cleaning their  homes  ,which made me to  see that the  advocates of no education for girls, are  in the  error corners,because  they  miss the chances  of getting their  wives and daughters into  good job  places,  to enable them to earn good incomes  to improve their family  fortunes.Child poverty  is a scourge  eating  up  the world poorest ,which only the education of the future mums  can  erase , because even if  many pretend that they like wearing  broken shoes as they  do not want their wives  and daughters to  do city  jobs,they  might be on the inferiority complex  spectrum.Many men who were  able get professional trainings for their wives and daughters,  go into early  retirements and better  lives,  as they have  people to  support  them  early  in life.And for those who  do not share  Mrs  Obama's and other people's  views on supporting the  education of girls,they are the actual advocates of men working until they  get exhausted , giving them  no space to rest and enjoy their family life.When family finances are  taken care of  by both  men and women,financial problems become  nothing,but  many men know that they come to breaking points  sometimes  providing  for everyone.Many of them  opt into  divorcing their  jobless wives,  but  the problem  started  from when the women were  young  girls  with no access to education or  job trainings, which  if gotten  could empower  them   to get good  jobs  in the  banks,hospitals  and schools.Education empowers  girls to live good  lives  and  not to be solely  dependent on their spouses.But without good education female dependencies  which put  girls  into  places of  vulnerabilities  will be much.One can see that  vices  such as  prostitution, are fueled  across  cities,where  women are not allowed to  work or be in education or  any  form of  trainings that will help them to have access to good  jobs  in the future.The girls  who lack  faith   are  pushed  into these  evil  systems,  that lead to  further  marginalisation and  into  dark  places that lead to  bad news.The education of  women is  vital to  raising brilliant kids,as the kids  have  well informed  moms, helping them  to do school homework ,go to after  school clubs with kids,take them to hospitals  and other places of  play and enlightenment when  the men are  doing  something else.Most men who are on the overbearing spectrum,feel that  educating their daughters  could make them wayward,which is false as many  girls  who went to higher  colleges  and  Universities, learn how to  be virtuous women in those  schools and  are  helping people in their  communities to raise   kids  who are  opting into further  education.How can we have  an enlightened  world without future mothers,who have been to school.I  believe  that  Mrs  Obama  took  up this initiative  knowing  what   she  has  been able  to achieve  as  a  lawyer,advocating  for the  marginalised women in  her country.A woman standing  in the  law courts to fight for people's  freedom,is a boost to civilisation. Many  women and girls  across the world ,do  fail to  get  the  justices  they need  that people  like Mrs Obama  do provide advocacy  for  penniless girls to avoid them being sent  to dicey situations that lead women and children into poverty  and excessive   suffering as they are always shoved aside for being women  with no  voices.They are poor  and can afford  nothing  and  they can be thrown about as they are  just women,which women in power  like  Michelle might have  seen doing their  jobs.They could have seen many  poor mums  around the world who cannot access  good  childbirth  facilities    just  die  before their  time during labour. Many people  who work in neonatal units  in hospitals  around the world ,do see how  pregnant women are thrown about  even during  labour because of poverty and lack.They  are women with little or  no education,whose  husbands  cannot afford to pay  hospital  bills, on stretchers  in wards  during labour, begging  for help  and  many  died  because  they had no money to pay   for hospital bills.Women who are educated and in good jobs ,pay for their own  maternity access if their  spouses cannot,so the advocates of  education for girls,to   are not in bad  places  as lives  could be saved through their  advocacy  jobs.Many of the world  poorest children  are from mothers with little or no education,because  they are always in low income  jobs.Without education as girls,they cannot be in highly skilled  jobs,that  give them the chances of being financially enabled  as  women, when  bereaved  or when their husbands are out of  work.Many women  taken advantage of, know that it is due to poverty,which is what Mrs Obama's initiative  is tackling  of which  many women are  drumming support for her.Girls have to get the support they need to do well in life through  education or training.And no girl is  permitted to drop out of school because they cannot  get access to school fees.The  advocates  of no education for girls are only building systems for the  maltreatment of women,because  women in good  jobs  do not stand  around to  beg  for financial  help,exposing themselves  to harm and ridicule from  those  who see women as just  commodities.Women nurses  working in hospital  wards  are the ones  giving women leaflets  about  pregnancies,childbirth,weaning  babies,breastfeeding  and feeding babies  with milk and other vital  information that  could help them to  bring up healthy kids.But the process of them getting to this  point  is only through  getting the needed education  from childhood.

According to reports ,"For the poorest families in the world, lack of income is a driving force behind food poverty. Nutritious food is difficult to afford. Balanced, nutrient rich foods like meat, fruit and vegetables are expensive. Those children able to eat do so just once or twice a day, on a diet of easily available, cheap starchy foods like maize or rice which helps to fill stomachs but provides little nutritional value. The rising cost of food and food distribution issues post pandemic have made these food choices even more stark".This problem of food  poverty starts with the non education of  girls.This  is the issue women like  Michael  Obama  are raising  awareness  and helping  to fund.People who have never seen  struggling  moms  around the  world may not understand  the need to get  more girls into work  and  education.Many women  who are helping to run charities around the world are  girls who have been in such situations  and  saw  how  lack of education  and good source  of income  brought  them into great  sufferings  through their mums. Learning to eat well  can only start when girls  know what is  a balanced meal  and how to put them together in  schools. Education helps women to  exit poverty  for good,which  can only start when they  are younger  and are little  girls.Empowering women to work  to feed  their kids  is vital  to raising  kids who are  not in any form of crime  but marginalising girls  into  poverty  by withdrawing  access to education is something  that leads to more  problems in societies  across the world.Girls  need to get education to  communicate  education to their future kids.Sponsoring  girls into  education through scholarships  and bursaries  helps in the countries who embark on this vital  journey of hope,to  raise   women with skills  who will always help men in nation building.Asking  for more funding  to educate girls in schools and  Universities  across the world  is what many  have  been doing,knowing fully well how girls  are  helping in nation building through taking care of kids  and teaching them what is right.Empowering girls  through  learning  is  good  for  every country.

Africa's  richest  man  Aliko Dangote signs a deal with Zimbabwe to build 2,000km-long pipeline from Namibia

In  what  was called  a   a move set to reshape Southern Africa’s industrial landscape, Nigeria's billionaire investor and Africa's  richest man Aliko Dangote has struck a landmark US$1 billion investment deal with Zimbabwe.

The project is made up  of  a fertiliser plant and  a 2,000km-long pipeline from Namibia’s Walvis Bay, which will  pass through Botswana, to Zimbabwe’s second-largest  town , Bulawayo.

Billionaire Dangote had  a meeting  with President Emmerson Mnangagwa in Harare on Wednesday to sign a Memorandum of Understanding, marking one of the most significant private-sector investments in the country in  so many  years.

"The broader investment is in the hundreds of millions of dollars, maybe even more than a billion, but you know we will tell you the amount as we go along, But really it will be over a billion because of the pipeline," Dangote said on Wednesday.

According to  what  Graceful learnt  the project could change Zimbabwe’s production structure which  will  make it cheaper  to   import  fuel  to  the  country.

The agreement  will make way  way for major projects across energy, cement and fertiliser production, and infrastructure development.

Nigeria refinery aspires  to expand into world's biggest

Dangote refinery is aspiring to become the largest  in the world in few years to come.Owned  by billionaire richest Africa's investor Alhaji Aliyu Dangote,  who told world  press the  ambition he has  for his refinery,  which not only employs a large population of oil workers, and has been serving the large  Nigerian populace and Africa with the world beyond."We are more than doubling the barrels (per day)... to 1.4 million from 650,000," said Aliko Dangote, a Nigerian businessman who is Africa's richest person.He told a news conference  in Lagos,Nigeria that his  company will be bigger than the largest oil refinery in India which is Jamnagar refinery.Despite  being  the largest crude oil producer,Nigeria continues to import  all of its petrol due to corruption  and  mismanagement but Dangote's refinery aims to be  a gamechanger for Nigerians according to its  owners.It is still  troubling that despite  years of oil drilling in Portharcourt and Eket, Akwa  Ibom state, the populace are still sometimes suffering the effects of fuel shortages which is  what  they mostly use in powering their generator sets,cars and motorcycles. Shortages in petrol supply has been a source of  hardship to Nigerians as long queues  are constantly seen in its cities,with people carrying gallons and sometimes this is not safe  for Nigerians.But the businessman  told  the press that his refinery will be a gamechanger. Dangote  has so far  driven down petrol prices  as he  competes  with other providers and he hopes  to do more.He also exports aviation fuel, mainly to the United States,Europe and Brazil.A second privately owned refinery, BUA, is under construction by another Nigerian billionaire,Abdulsamad Rabiu.Dangote hopes to list his fuel company in the  Nigeria  stock  exchange(NSE).Due to the problems in  Nigeria's oil sector his move is progressive  as Nigeria's oil prices need to be driven down by competing companies.We hope that there will be more entrants into the oil sector as this will help the populace to have  better oil prices  and better  services  in the oil  sector.Recently there was oil strikes  in Nigeria  among  oil workers  from Pengassan the oil workers union,  with accusations that they didnot like  how  Dangote's  company has  been laying off local workers and hiring Indian expatriates, an allegation which the company refuted. Nigeria produces an average of 1.5 million barrels of oil per day, according to OPEC, but it is still short of its two million bpd target.Oil remains its  largest export,but despite years of oil drilling in its  oil producing states,  many Nigerians  remain  poor,which is very worrisome  to  many around the world who hope that  with the entrance  of  new  businesses in the oil  sector,more jobs will be created for young Nigerians  with  good  salaries . As  Dangote's  company continues to expand the world  watches  on to see what he is doing to provide more jobs  to the  young people  in cities  across the country.

The  world  has watched  on  as  Africa  and some of the  other  world poorest  continents  throttle  on with their developmental processes.Many people  have  actually  thought  that  Africa  will  move faster than  it has done  in the last  twenty  years  with the provision  of  good amenities  for  its  people.But  like  a  child  always  trying to find its  feet ,walking on  a  slippery slope  Africa's  development has  not been as fast  as it was expected to be.Many people  remain poor  on low wages  ,with no good jobs  or opportunities for  their  youths.But  Africa's  major problem that  has led to its  stagnated  economic  growth are  the  hindrances  caused  by  it  not having good  electric  supplies.Major cities  are not well powered  and one  wonders  how factories  are in  production without  steady  electric  supplies. The  industrialisation of Africa  remains  the way forward  to boosting the  economies of its different  countries, just  to help the impoverished ,  who are out of  work  and living below  minimum wages.Many  of the  countries of  Africa  cannot  keep  food  cost  level  low  because they  do not have  amenities to  preserve foods  that are  already  produced in farms.Large  chunks of the  foodstuffs  produced  in  African farms are  wasted and thrown into bins,  because  the  temperature in Africa is so  high, that  the food decay  processes   are very fast.So  even  the hardworking farmers are  impoverished, because they can only sell small  chunks of their produced  food  items .There  are limited electric power  to  keep fresh food  items edible  and  most of the farmers  do not have  large  freezers  in their  warehouses/storage rooms  and  food  production processes, remain  something for  few  with  so many wastages. While many do  not have  access to the  distribution networks,because  some of the  farmers  growing food  are  just   men and women with no farming skills,machines or  knowledge of how to use  tractors neither  can they  afford  to buy them ,they  have no sound  knowledge  of     how to sell their  products  on industrial  scales  and preserving the fresh  food  products is an unreachable process for them.African  teeming populations  depend  on them  for  food .Africa  has  good lands  and weather  to produce food but  there is  still lack of  something basic as food  in its cities.The food industrialisation  processes  is  something  the  countries  of Africa, could look into,producing and preserving food  on large scales, have become  vital  to  the economic  health  of its  countries, as no hungry  man can work,be healthy  or productive. The farmers  need to know more  about  saving money, by preserving their  food products  and avoiding  so much wastes using  cost effective  methods. A  simple food product  like  popcorn,with  its simple  making production  processes,  can  be  an industrial  start up point for  maize  growers,  but the maize merchants need to know  how to keep  the already produced bags of  maize , fresh  to last longer  for  those eating  the  staple  meals,which is something lacking among  the large scale  farmers  making  efforts  to cultivate  food in African farms. Africa has  a very long way to  go  with its  industrialisation  processes ,if  it   does not think  of  providing lasting  solutions  to its  power  cuts  and energy supplies.The  little  generators  being used  in cities across countries like  Nigeria,  may not be   lasting solutions to its   power supply problems .It is only a temporary measure  being used by people , who can afford them,but  while  making policies for its  people,Africa  has to think of the very poor who  cannot  afford  to buy  anything ,because  it has been long  the poor  continues getting poorer and no power  supplies in  the  cities  of Africa. And for  small scale  industrialisation  to be effective , Africa needs  to think  deeply  about the provision of  stable  power sources  to its people.Nothing can be perfect  ,but  they need to  try, as this is something they can actually do  if they really set their minds  to  look for  lasting solutions to their energy supplies problems.The world believes  that  healthcare  will be improved in Africa , if there  is  electricity. One cannot still  believe that in this century , students in the Universities and colleges , still complain  about lack of power  ,which many see them  writing  about on social media.African leaders  need  to  think deeply about  the  electric power outages, in their major  cities.One thing with Africa  is  that sometimes  its  people  see  everything as  gigantic with  no access hope and things  that  cannot be done ,when it comes to  some of its  developmental process areas.But nothing beats  failure  but to try.Hundreds  of people do not have  access to electricity  in major  cities of Africa and this  is very worrisome  to those  hoping that the issue  of electric  and power  supplies  would have become  a  long bye gone story by now.Imagine the young girls  and older  women   doing  jobs  like  hair  dressing  and  tailoring  having  to rely  on their own supplies  of electricity using the  generators,so large  chunks of their  incomes  go  to buying  fuel  supplies  to power  their  shops and they  are mostly  struggling  women. Some  do lose  their sources  of livelihood to the constant  power outages,making life  difficult  for their children.According  to statistics 600million people in Sub -Saharan Africa , have no access to  electricity ,meaning that half of its  population  live  without light.Power Outages hinder  production  in factories  , leading to losses for  the  businessmen and women. Industrialists  think that the use of solar  energy  could be the  fastest  solution  to  Africa's lack of energy  supplies  and its  leaders could actually  look into this to  see a way out of  no power supplies  for  its  teaming population,leading  to lack  among the young  people.Africa's  solution  to its poverty   may not  be by allowing the youths to  leave the  continent  to better  places , but  find[ng  solutions to  unemployment,security problems ,food  supply shortages,shortage  of manpower  and electric power in their  factories , which  are the reasons why  the younger people take  risky steps to move away  from the  continent.Africa  needs to try  for the  sake of the young people who  are taking so much risks  to  have  better  lives in other  rich  and developed countries. African leaders  need to  look for  reforms and new strategies  to  change  things  for their people especially by  looking  for  lasting solutions to the  energy supplies shortages which  is believed to be their major problem ,hampering the  productivity  and industrialisation of  which  there can never  be  any way forward  ,if  this problem is not properly  addressed.If Africa  can get help with eradicating  mosquito and malaria Africa needs  to  ask for more  help from  other  industrialised  countries  to  end  its  energy  crisis.They  need  expertise to set up  the newer  solar panel  alternatives which  I believe  could be  cost  effective, rather  than depending  on the old systems  only,  for  its  other problems  as  they could be helped.Many  people believe  that  Africa   needs to ask for more,  as   as there maybe willingness to help   ,but if they do not speak out,the world may think that  its  teaming population are happy  to still  live in the stone  ages  with  no  proper electricity ,some depending  on  old methods  to  get energy supplies  to do simple  tasks like cooking.The  aging power  plants  they are using can never end  this  problem .Even if they cannot  afford to buy the latest  energy  equipments,  they  can plead with the industrialised  countries to  give them  their  older versions,which  are more updated  than the ones they are using  in their  cities  at  subsidized  prices,rather  than staying  with nothing.Some might be willing  to give them  without so much payments.There is no harm in asking.Fossil  fuels  and hydroelectricity  is Sub-Saharan Africa's     major  source  of energy , but if  Africa feels that  ,that is not enough  then they  could  look into  newer  options to  get  as additions  ,just to make sure that they have good energy supplies in their  cities.

Through an initiative called “Mission 300”, the World Bank Group, the African Development Bank Group and the Sustainable Energy for All (SE4ALL) initiative are working with partners to expand electricity access to 300 million people throughout the continent by 2030  but more needs  to be done  as before  2030  many  will be gone,without  even knowing what it  looks like to  live without  the  light being off for  a month. Saying  a month is too  good,because  stories emanating  from Africa  show  that  some African towns  have  no electric  installations at all meaning  that  those groups of people still live like people  in the stone  ages.According to  reports, the Africa Energy Summit is taking place in Tanzania on 27 and 28 January 2026,but that is  still   some months to come. The Summit will provide a timely opportunity to reflect on how expanding electricity access can transform lives and drive sustainable development across the continent. The Summit offers a platform for Africa to showcase its leadership by creating  affordable, clean energy future—not only for the continent but as a source of inspiration for the world. Something could be  done .And the world  watches on   to see what Africa  is planning to  do  at the conference  to  end this  problem  not  only for  itself ,but for other continents  like Asia  where  the  energy supply problems  still persist in this 21st  century.

The  much  anticipated  world  cup   opening  ceremony   took place  today  at the    stadium  in  Mexico  city  with the opening ceremonies  started   at 1:30 p.m. ET on June 11 inside Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, with  much  display  of fire  works and pomp.Many  countries were represented  as the  singers  Nigerian  Burma Boy Shakira took the  centre  stage with the South African  singer Tyler.This year's World Cup is hosted by  Mexico, Canada and the United States.The first match of the 2026 FIFA World Cup  is  between  Mexico playing  against  South Africa at Estadio Azteca in Mexico City.The  Mexican  stadium Estadio Azteca  becomes the first venue in history to host matches in three different World Cup tournaments. The famous stadium previously hosted World Cup matches in 1970 and 1968.History  records  that the  first  world cup  took  place  in Uruguay from  13th  to  30th  July   1930.There has  been  22  world  cup  tournaments  since  it first  started.The  1942  world cup  tournament  was cancelled  because  of the   disruptions  caused  by  world  war 11.According to  history   the  war  ended in  1945   and   FIFA   did not have enough resources  to host  the  1946  world  cup.There was  fears and controversies leading up to the 2026 tournament that threatened make  the  event  not  to  hold  with  geopolitical tensions, immigration and visa controversies, and widespread protests  against the event  Famous  among the  controversies  was  the  barring  of  the  Somali  referee  Orma  Artan barred from  entering  the  U.S.A  for the  world  cup event  but  he has  been  asked  to  officiate  the  UEFA Supercup  in  August.
