RAISING   PEOPLE  OF  PURPOSE FOR  THE  NATIONS

Of  recently  the  United  Kingdom  has  raised concerns  about  the  young  people , who  are  not  in  education  or  training and  these  are  worrying  times as  they  are  all  going to live  future  lives of no purposes or directions,  if they  are  not  encouraged  to  get  different trainings and certificates  for entrance  into  different professions , while  they are  young  and strong to  work and  contribute  towards nation building. More than one million 16 to 24-year-olds in Britain are not in employment, education or training – known as Neets. Whatever  is  the  argument  for  worklessness ,no trainings  and no  education, we are  all  here  for  different  purposes  as  humans .But  suffice it all , it  is lack  of  knowledge , caused  by  no  trainings   that leads  people to live without  skills , hence  worklessness  is  a  sure  route  to  poverty  and   lives  of  crimes. If  someone removes  the  tools  to get  skills  and education  from the  young  people, she/he is  actually  directing them  to  the  wrong places  of  life,  as there  is  no  morality  or  argument   for healthy  young people  to stay  out of  education, knowledge, jobs  and   trainings, hence they  will become  people  of  no purpose,  while  walking  as NEETS and  mediocres. But positive parenting means  that parents  are  able to  raise  young  adults who are  made  aware  that  they  need  to  train  for  at least  one profession  to  be in  places  of purpose  and make meaningful  contributions  to  society. They are raised  to  know  what  they  will  become  and what  could  be their contributions  towards  nation building  in the  societies where they  find themselves  around the  world. They  are  raised to  be  responsible parents, marriage partners, workers  and leaders  who know the directions they  are  heading  with their  families, partners, workers, children ,their  companies  and they  know what  they  want to  achieve with  their  lives  and  times on earth. They  are  people  with  a deep sense of purpose  who  know  what they  want  to  achieve  at  each point in time in their  lives  and cannot  be  swayed  by pressures  from detractors  and  distractions. They  know  that  they  are  helping to  build  the  future of nations  by  making  meaningful  contributions,  with positive legacies  left for  the people  that  are coming  behind them. They  know  that they are here  to make  things  better for  their  kids , the  country  and those  that are  coming  behind  them. They  have  blue  prints  of  what  they want to  achieve  and  are  diligent, focused  and are  resilient to  adverse  situations  that are  meant  to  push  them  away  from doing  positive things for  our  world. They  know that positive impact  is  needed  to  keep  others  up  and  doing. They  are  people  of  compassion  who  can encourage  others  to  get  up  and keep  moving. They are  people  of purpose.

Being  not in places  of  purpose, not  in training leads  to carelessness  and can lead  to  refusals  at  job interviews as every  job  people  do require  skills. Being not in places  of  purpose means  that  there  is  no  education or  skills  to get a job  and pursue  tasks   at  work  places. Purpose, light and stewardship means  that  people  know where  they are heading  to  in life. Stewardship  means that  people  are accountable  to somebody. The  skills  we  are born with  were  given to us  for  different  purposes  and our  abilities  to spot the  skills will  make or  mar  a  child  depending on  who is raising them. Raising  a  people  of  purpose  means raising youngsters  who  can use their  inherent skills  and train to  be better  people  ,who can be in jobs  and keep  their  jobs  by learning  resilience  and  the ability  to  interact  and  get  along with  others at  work places. In so  doing they  are  able to  achieve  their  purposes in life  as we are  all called on to  service. Service  is  not only working to get paid, but working as people  that are  serving  humanity  through  what we  are  doing  at our  workplaces  through  commitment to  excellence.

Raising leaders who  serve with  humility

Raising  leaders  who  serve humanity with  humility  should  be   the  priority   of  nations. These are leaders  who  know  that  even though they are  in charge, they  are called  to  service  and  accountability. Humility  means that  they  treat  the populace  with  respect,  consideration, love  and  compassion  while  making  decisions  regarding  those they are leading  .Raising  leaders  who know  that  even  with  disabilities  people  are humans.Raising  leaders  who understand  diversity  and equality  for  everyone  despite  their  races, colour  and orientations. Knowing  that  people  of different  orientations  come to  this  world with  different  skills and  are on earth  to  contribute  towards nation  building with  the  countries  growing  in  GDP  yearly and people  living  in joy  and plenty through  collective efforts  in  making mutual   contributions. But  the U.K  Prime  minister  Rt  Hon  Andy  Burnham  has also promised to help more young people into work by changing the education system and give them more support, which will  be a  positive thing  for  the  young people.

After  listening  to the  panelists  at  the  Euro knowledge  institute event, I  came to a better understanding  of  the  reasons  why  some  people  work  so hard  to  contribute  towards  nation building  , because of  the place  of  purpose , accountability  and service  in human  lives. I always have these arguments with folks teaching my friends that they can actually take what does not belong to them as  wealth transfers, as I can see that  diligence and  hard work  are  always  rewarded , as we   are  on earth  for   different purposes to  keep  things  going  for  this  world . And  the panelist members  that  spoke  at the event,  made  many  of us  to marvel with  their  teachings about purpose and the reasons  why  we need to  do more,  as we received our different honours as they spoke  about  service ,innovation, excellence  and nation building  to  a beaming  audience.
