As  a  little  girl  I  do  remember  my grandfather  with his radio  by his side, listening  to local music  and music  from across  the pond.Writing  about the  older gadgets  and  what was  modified  to  give us the  newer  version,I  will  look  into  the popular  Walkman  radios .Never in my wildest imagination  did  I ever  think  that the generation  in front of me  will  not care about  the  noise making  boom boxes  nor  the  bulky entertainment  gadgets  that  graced our living  rooms and made  life  very interesting. The younger ones  seem  satisfied  with  the  apps  in their mobile  phones  and the  world  seem to be  revolving  around the  little  gadgets in their  hands  and their apps , which they think are  the world  without  end  as long as this  life  is  concerned.But far disappearing  from the high streets  are  the  little cassette radio,  which  graced  our  bags  in the eighties  and nighties  as we  travelled to work  with our earphones, listening  to the tunes  from the  world music  greats.These  are  now  becoming  antiques as  we  look  on thinking  about  what  have  happened  to us just  within  seconds .Life  changes  rapidly is  our  own  answers to  a  world that is  always  on the  go  with  the  inquisitive  minds  trying  to  find something new.The  Maxwell  radio  is  a new  comer on the  scene  in  2026  ,which many  who cannot find their grandpas  gadgets  to use as  many of them  have  been thrown into the  bins  termed as  archaic with many  of us  who  grew  up   in the years  when they were  popular  reminding one another  what happened  before now.The  newer  Walkman  comes with  Bluetooth  and  are wireless .For the  youngsters  their listening  ear goes  to  the  buds  in their  ears  ,but  for  us  we look back  with  nostalgia with disbelief about how  our most  priced  possessions  of the  noughties  did  disappear  from the  high street  shops  giving  way  to  newer  versions.

There's nothing in the Windows laptop market that even comes close to matching its feature set and designs. But they come  at  a  whopping  500 dollar  price  which the technology  savvy  young  people  find very  cheap  as  they are  slim and very  beautiful  to look at.
